This fascinating museum pays tribute to the heroes of fire fighting history and houses many fire exhibits and restored pieces of fire apparatus from years gone by. There are engines from the USA as well as England, Europe and Japan. Visit the National Firefighting Hall of Heroes which honors those that died in the line of duty and the gallery especially dedicated to the history of wildland firefighting.

How To Get There
Directions
Coming westbound or eastbound on Loop 202, take exit 6, Priest Drive, north to Van Buren St. Turn right (east) on Van Buren to Project Drive (first street on the right). The museum is on the right (west) side of Project Drive. From Sky Harbor, head toward "East Valley Cities" on Loop 202. Take Exit 6 (Priest Drive). At the top of the ramp turn left (north) on Priest Drive and proceed to Van Buren Street. Turn right on Van Buren, then turn right at the first street (Project Drive). The museum is on the right (west) side of Project Drive. From McDowell Road, turn south on Galvin Parkway (64th Street). Take Galvin past the Botanical Garden and Zoo to Van Buren Street. Turn left (east) on Van Buren. Turn right (south) at the first street (Project Drive). The museum is on the right side of Project Drive.
