The Samuel Oschin Planetarium with it's impressive Zeiss star projector, huge aluminium dome and superb lighting reveals the wonders of our cosmos and brings them to life in engaging theater shows. Admissions to the Observatory building, grounds, telescopes, and parking is always FREE! There is a small fee to see the programs in the Samuel Oschin Planetarium. Adults $7 Students with ID $5 Children 5 -12 $3. Please note that children under 5 are admitted only to the first Planetarium show of the day.

Directions
The Observatory is located on the southern slope of Mount Hollywood in Griffith Park, just above the Los Feliz neighborhood. Visitors may approach the Observatory via the Vermont or Fern Dell entrances to Griffith Park. Please see website for detailed directions.
