A great place to take the family, this aquarium is home to over 200 different species of aquatic life. There are exhibits to enjoy, rides and amusements to excite everyone. Take a ride on the train through a tank of sharks or ride the Ferris Wheel for a fantastic view of Houston. Afterwards a visit to the underwater aquarium restaurant is a must as you enjoy your meal watching all the sea life from around the world.

Directions

From North Houston Take I-45 South, exit McKinney. Turn left on Bagby. Downtown Aquarium will be on your left after you cross Texas Street. From South Houston Take Hwy 288 to I-45 North. Exhibit Houston Ave/Memorial Drive. Stay in the right hand lane for Memorial. Make a right at the Memorial light. Go to Bagby and make a left at the light. Downtown Aquarium will be on your left.
