A beautiful island in the middle of the Delaware River this is a great place to take the family for a day out. With an abundance of history to explore from the Union Fortress which dates back to 1859 or taking part helping the blacksmith hammer out new parts for a cannon, kids will interested in everything there is on offer. Enjoy a family picnic and take the hiking trail to try and spot all the different species of stunning birds that inhabit the Park.
