Get up close and personal with nature at this great place where the kids can take a hike and explore the many trails and play areas which includes a toddler trail for the tinier explorers. There is plenty of diverse wildlife to enjoy and beautiful landscapes, keep your eyes peeled for the very rare Black-chinned Hummingbird of West Texas!

Directions

From Dallas: Take I35 south to Hwy 67 south; proceed on Hwy 67 a few miles south of the I20 intersection and take the FM 1382 exit. Turn right on FM 1382 and proceed west to the entrance to Cedar Hill State Park, where there is a break in the median strip. Make a U-turn, and proceed back to the Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center
